CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
The customer can cancel his order and receive the full money as long as the product is not shipped. otherwise, if the order has been sent to the customer, the product must be returned and the amount of the return shipping will be discounted
International returns are at the customer’s expense and responsibility
Niche Perfumes offers its customers the possibility of making a return of their orders. The customer can request a refund of the amount of the item or exchange for another available item.
The return is not accepted if the product is not returned intact (both in the packaging and in its content), that is, if the Supplier certifies:
– the absence of external or internal packaging;
– the absence of integral parts of the merchandise;
– the absence of the label attached to the product;
– any damage caused to the product.
Most products can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. To receive a full refund, the item must be unworn, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrapping, if applicable).
IMPORTANT: PICK-UP OPTION IS VALID ONLY IN SPAIN
Step 1: Contact via email email@example.com or by calling our Customer Service phone number + 34 699999678 to communicate that you wish to return your order.
Step 2: Pack your order under the same conditions that you received it. We will send a courier to your address to collect the order.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Step 3: Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method made by the customer, Except for payment in cash, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer.
