Jihan, the Arabic name given to the beautiful saffron flower, is a symbol of joy, happiness, youth and joy. The flower appears at the first sign of spring. The Jihan flower can be found in white, purple and yellow. The purple Jihan is the most precious, and reflects pride, dignity and success. But it is the sacrificial aspect of Jihan that has captivated people for centuries: giving up something beautiful and valued for the sake of something else. The flower of Jihan is sacrificed to give the famous threads that are used in cooking around the world: saffron, one of the most expensive spices in the world. “When we created our exclusive Jihan fragrance, working with Drom’s perfumer, Valerie Garnuch-Mentzel, I returned to my first days admiring my mother’s culinary skills in the kitchen, especially the cabinet that used to house the small saffron jar … I always used to feel that the jar contained a bit of magic – a nice little jar that housed the rich red threads, I watched with amazement as my mother infused aromatic rose water with saffron, and was surprised when the saffron soaked and the color of the water became a dynamic reddish \/ yellow. ” Moe Khalaf (Founder and Creative Officer Kajal).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
