For Peninsula Spain the delivery time is 24 hours, Baleares 72 hours and Canarias is 2 working days
The delivery time for countries of the European Union is 6 to 7 working days.
For the United States and Canada, the delivery time is 7 working days.
For Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar are 7 working days
The indicated delivery times may vary. Although we strive to achieve these deadlines, your delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, or make Niche Perfumes responsible for any compensation to the customer.
Our acquired commitment to sell and dispatch the offered merchandise is subject to the exhaustion of stocks of the advertised product. Therefore, in a commitment to quality and customer service, we will always try to make the advertised products available. However, exceptional circumstances may occur that lead to the exhaustion of stocks of the product, therefore, the order and the contract signed between the parties shall be rendered null and void by virtue of this clause resolutory, restoring fully to the customer in case of prepayment the amounts paid for the same, without it being in favor of the same compensation whatsoever for the concept of breach of contract, consequential damages or lost profits.
No order will be sent until it has been verified that payment has been made.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they are counted as non-working days.
The order will be delivered at the address designated at the time of purchase by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the client will not generate additional costs on the sale price.
– RETURNS POLICY –
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
